As of its first press release on March 24, 2008, the office of Aweil Youth Association in the
United States is pleased to welcome Aweil Youth general public into the year, 2008 with fresh programs and activities as it has always been the case over the past several years. We are equally pleased and grateful for their continuing and unwavering support of the Association over the past few months of the current administration. Without whom, administration would not have made it to the current position as portrayed by its objectives that it had established few years ago as recommended by the youth general public in the previous conferences.

With everything else being said, we would like once again to inform and invite all Aweil Youth general Public to attend Aweil Youth’s Fifth Annual conference to be held on July 5th, through July 6th 2008 { time hasn’t been specified yet} in the City of Taylorsville in the State of Utah, USA. We have cordially encouraged everyone to arrive in the said State as early as July 3rd and July 4th for the general conference scheduled to take place on Saturday July 5th through Sunday July 6th 2008. Again, you should make the necessary arrangement, for those who would be travelling by air, as earlier as today in order for us to meet our time table that dictates how conference would be conducted. As you may as well know, the conferees:
• Would be able to know the progress and status of the Nyamlel high school project.
• Would be able to know the outcome of the general assessment conducted by the
delegation that was sent to Aweil last year, 2007.
• Will have a chance to know how we are doing in term of education in the United States.
This includes general assessment of the college graduates over the past few years in the
United States. However, as part of the encouragement and appreciation by the office of
AYA. Those college/University graduates {four- year- degrees} who would attend the
conference would be awarded honorary certificates designed by the office of Aweil youth
Association in the United States.
• Meet the invited guests’ speakers, both from within the United States and outside,
American friends or otherwise, who would be sharing with us some of their experiences.
• Propose and initiate the new programs of the association including short term strategies
for grasping some of the educational opportunities that are now available in the United
States.
• As usual see and perhaps participate in our beloved giernyang traditional dance, also
known as Ayangdit, which is usually a part of the entertainment as we all know.

Alternatively, since our office has yet to pick one of the suggested locations for the conference in the coming few weeks, we have at the moment the following temporary address that you should 2 use in any way that requires use of address until we figure out what the exact address would be as we I have alluded above.
